The event began with a pre-conference meeting for 65 delegates in the Pavilions of Harrogate rooms, providing an intimate yet professional setting for focused discussions. The main event took place in Hall 1, transformed into a dynamic conference space accommodating 600 attendees. To meet the client’s requirements, the hall was divided, utilizing the café area and dressing part of the hall with elegant draping to create dedicated zones.

The central area of the hall became the catering space, offering convenient access for all guests, while the far end was dedicated to product demonstrations. This section featured multiple stands displaying SharkNinja’s beauty and home care products, such as hair dryers and vacuums, alongside interactive activities like basketball and table tennis to keep the energy high and encourage engagement.

In the evening, guests moved outside to our tree lined lawn to enjoy a vibrant street food court and games, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere. The event was visually striking, engaging and memorable, showcasing the Great Yorkshire Events Centre’s ability to host large-scale, multi-purpose events with style and flexibility.
