JN Bentley
JN Bentley, a company providing comprehensive engineering and construction services in the water sector and beyond, approached us to host a large-scale, company-wide health and safety event over two days in June 2024. Traditionally, this event was split across four different locations across the UK. However, this year, JN Bentley sought a single, expansive venue that could accommodate all 2,500 delegates in one place, leading them to select the Great Yorkshire Events Centre Halls.
Event Scope:
Our spacious indoor Halls provided the ideal setting for:
- Exhibition Stands: connecting experts and suppliers, discovering cutting-edge technologies, and exchange knowledge.
- Seminars: For delegates to explore new machinery.
- Staging: to fulfil a keynote address from the CEO.
- The Grounds: we created designated areas for live demonstrations that allowed our client to emphasise the importance of safety when working at heights and with heavy excavation equipment.
- Informal Networking: attendees enjoyed a stage setup with live music and an array of food trucks, for informal networking and camaraderie.
Venue and Format:
The Yorkshire Events Centre provides ample space for JN Bentley, utilising both indoor exhibition halls and outdoor areas. Exhibitors showcase their products and services through interactive displays, demonstrations, and presentations. Networking events, seminars, and workshops foster knowledge exchange and facilitate business connections.
