JCT600
In March 2024, the JCT600 annual conference brought together 264 delegates from across the JCT600 network for a full day of networking, awards and recognition at the Pavilions of Harrogate. This marked the first time JCT600 chose our venue and the event was a standout success. The agenda included a bespoke BBQ Day delegate menu – a unique choice for March, which our onsite caterers enthusiastically provided. The BBQ was held under our courtyard colonnades, sheltering our Chefs from the thankfully bright and not rainy March weather; delegates enjoyed the March BBQ from the warmth of our Wharfe room, creating a cosy, welcoming environment that allowed guests to enjoy an out of season treat comfortably.
The Pavilions of Harrogate offered the ideal setting for JCT600’s needs, using two of our 13 rooms to accommodate their guests comfortably. The Wharfe room was a perfect fit for both the main conference and awards celebrations, while our spacious layout allowed for smooth transitions between networking and award segments. With 264 attendees arriving from all over the country, our complimentary on-site parking was essential, providing a seamless arrival experience and ensuring everyone had a stress-free start to the day.
After the overwhelmingly positive feedback from delegates and the success of the event, JCT600 has already rebooked with us for their 2025 conference. The Pavilions of Harrogate’ combination of adaptable spaces, tailored catering options and convenient amenities made it clear to JCT600 that our venue is more than capable of supporting their growing annual event.
