The Ceremony
Make your wedding ceremony fit for Royalty and upgrade to the stunning Swale and Esk Suite which hosts the Royal Family when they attend the Great Yorkshire Show. The Swale Room is suitable for an intimate Nikah or Civil Ceremony and the Esk Room is the perfect dressing room, ideal for freshening up before your special day begins. With direct access onto the President’s Balcony you can enjoy spectacular views over the Showground and Crimple Valley.
A romantic addition is the White Pavilion, our outdoor wedding ceremony space, with seating for wedding guests to be present whilst you exchange your vows. The long sweeping aisle and lush green lawns makes the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony.
For larger Hindu ceremonies, the Aire Room can accommodate up to 350 guests, with plenty of space for your bespoke Mandap, allowing you to celebrate surrounded by all of your family and friends. Should the weather permit, there is also the option to build the mandap on the private lawns for an idyllic outdoor ceremony.
The Reception
After the ceremony, the celebrations continue in style.
Welcome your guests with drinks in the Aire Room or on the lawns, before moving into the Wharfe Room for the main event. This flexible space accommodates up to 450 guests and can be tailored to your vision with help from our trusted local suppliers.
Our team are experienced in delivering multi-cultural weddings and will work closely with you to create the perfect day. Your dedicated venue coordinator will support you every step of the way, ensuring a seamless planning experience.
