All our profits go to charity
All our profits fund the work of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, a registered charity, proudly at the heart of farming, food and the countryside.
Year-round, the Yorkshire Agricultural Society and its farming networks offer a programme of events, skills training, and bursary places at major industry dates to boost the personal and professional development of those working in agriculture across the North of England, providing a platform for networking, knowledge exchange and collaboration with industry partners. We award small grant funding for projects that support and promote agriculture, rural and allied industries, offer a development programme specifically tailored to farming’s next generation. and since 1980, we have sponsored a Nuffield Farming Scholarship.
Your event helps sustain these efforts, supported by our members, the iconic Great Yorkshire Show, and profits from Great Yorkshire Showground commercial businesses; Fodder farm shop and café, Harrogate Caravan Park, and the Great Yorkshire Events Centre itself.
