Event Manager
You will be supported by a dedicated and friendly event manager from our experienced team who will be your main point of contact from enquiry through to event delivery. We work with you to ensure success and fulfilment of your event objectives.

Event Production
Technical solutions including audio visual equipment hire, event branding solutions, equipment hire, rigging, draping and lighting are available. With a list of trusted and recommended suppliers, together we will bring your event to life.

Free Parking
The Great Yorkshire Events Centre has thousands of free parking spaces available across grass car parking and hard standing car parking. There are several EV charging stations, priority parking for blue badge holders and dedicated coach parking areas. If required, parking stewards can be available for a seamless visitor experience.

Event Services
The Great Yorkshire Events Centre brings extensive expertise to event operations. Our comprehensive venue support covers event safety, security services, first aid, traffic management, and cleaning, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both visitors and event organisers.

Food and Drink
Whether it’s a small business lunch or an awards dinner for 2,000 guests, our award-winning  caterers will create a food menu that aligns with your event requirements. Great care is taken in creating dishes to delight diners and showcase the very best of local and seasonal Yorkshire produce where possible.

IT and WiFi
We offer a range of connectivity solutions for organisers and exhibitors, please let us know what you require. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas of the Great Yorkshire Events Centre and Pavilions of Harrogate.

The Marketing and Communications Team at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre are available to offer additional support for your event. We are here to help spread the word, please send us your press release and copyright-free images and we can add these to our social media channels, websites and e-news.
